For my birthday this year, I decided to visit Bali, Indonesia. Ever since I was 16 years old, I’ve wanted to go to Bali. Something about the beautiful blue waters, serene jungle, calming sunsets and buddha statues has always intrigued me. After 21 hours of flying, I finally arrived in a place I hope to one day call home.

Bali was everything I imagined and more. The people were incredibly nice, the weather was amazing, and the houses were so beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised at how up and coming many areas in Bali were. There were a ton of local coffee shops, co-working spaces, gyms and great shops! I really enjoyed exploring the local markets and seeing the Balinese traditions and offerings.

If you never thought about traveling to Bali, I’m here to tell you, make that trip! It is so worth it. Here are some photos from my trip.
